Homemade pineapple ice cream recipe ingredients:
- 400 grams pineapple
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- 3 egg yolks
- 60 grams sugar powder
- 300 ml whipped cream
Pineapple gelato recipe instructions:
Chop pineapple and process it together with coconut in food processor.
Beat egg yolks with sugar to become foamy.
Whisk pineapple and coconut in egg yolks and, in the end, gently stir whipped cream in it.
Freeze your pineapple coconut ice cream over night.
