Homemade pumpkin ice cream recipe ingredients:

  • 230 grams pumpkin puree
  • 450 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder

Eggless pumpkin gelato recipe instructions:

Mix pumpkin puree, sugar and spices.

Gradually mix heavy cream in pumpkin mixture.

Pour homemade ice cream mixture into gelato machine and follow instructions for use or keep it in freezer for few hours until served.
