Chocolate gelato recipe ingredients:
- 5 egg yolks
- 10 tablespoons sugar
- 100 grams chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 ml sour cream
- 200 ml whipped cream
How to make gelato instructions:
Beat egg yolks with sugar. Mix melted chocolate and vanilla in it as well.
Add sour cream in chocolate gelato mix and in the end gently stir whipped cream in the mixture.
Freeze this delicious homemade gelato over night.
